One contest, one write-in for Burnett County Board of Supervisors
BURNETT COUNTY - Twenty of 21 supervisors are running again with the only contested race in District 18, which includes the town of Sand Lake.
Incumbent Don Taylor, former sheriff and current county board chair, is facing Mark Pettis, former state assemblyman.
In District 9, Chuck Anderson is a write-in candidate for the seat left vacant by the retirement of Wayne Burnmeister, who served for more than a decade on the Burnett County Board.
District 9 includes all of the town of Union, Oakland west of Hwy. 35, plus a bit of Oakland around Framsted Lake.
